Due to NDA, I can’t share specific details about my project but a summary is provided below or view press release︎︎︎.

Duration
7 months (Jan 21 - Jul 23)

1. Video cloud-based management system

My team was responsible for designing a cloud-based management system that tracks traffic flow for the hybrid workplace, which was meant for use by 11 government teams. I was the sole designer responsible for the design of the access control screens that allows multiple agencies to access the system in batches.

2. Servicemen onboarding flow

We designed a hybrid service centre for service personnel where I was involved in the design of a service journey blueprint with a keen focus on blending physical and digital elements to deliver a seamless experience for national servicemen.

Comments from Faiz Mulla, Design Director

“Alicia left a mark with her open, thoughtful, and fun personality. She played a key role in the design of the batch access feature for our cloud-based management system and understands the different underlying considerations in security and error prevention. Throughout her time with us, Alicia proved herself to be an adept problem solver and an excellent team player. We were lucky to have her on our team.”
